2. What to include

To help us review a complaint fairly, include where possible:

  • your name or account identifier;
  • the relevant FPV School property and URL;
  • what happened and when;
  • what outcome you are seeking; and
  • supporting evidence such as screenshots, order references, timestamps, or error messages.

3. How we handle complaints

We aim to acknowledge and review complaints within a reasonable time, but response timing varies by workload, complexity, evidence quality, and whether third-party providers are involved.

We do not guarantee a fixed response deadline or a specific outcome. Some matters may require clarification, verification, or longer investigation.

4. Possible outcomes

Depending on the issue, outcomes may include clarification, technical correction, moderation review, account access review, refund review, policy explanation, or no action where the complaint is unsupported or outside our control.

Please include the legal basis of your notice, the affected URL or feature, the action requested, and any documents or authority needed for us to assess it. This routing request does not limit any other legally valid method of service or correspondence, including service at our registered office where applicable.

If the issue concerns security, abusive use, public safety, or unlawful content, say so clearly in the subject line. We may prioritise reports that indicate credible harm or active risk.
