This policy explains how to make a complaint, how we handle legal notices, and how to contact FPV School for formal issues across the FPV School Hub ecosystem.

1. Scope
This page applies to complaints and legal notices relating to FPV School properties (websites, tools, communities, and related services), where enabled.
It should be read together with:

2. Contact route (general)
For most issues, contact:
legal@fpvschool.com
We aim to route requests to the right place and respond in a reasonable time. Response times can vary depending on workload and the nature of the request.
3. Complaints (how to submit)
When submitting a complaint, include:
- your name (or account identifier, if applicable);
- the relevant FPV School property (site/tool) and page URL(s);
- what happened and when;
- what outcome you are seeking (for example: correction, refund review, access issue resolution);
- any supporting evidence (screenshots, timestamps, order reference, error messages).
Where relevant, we may ask for additional information to investigate fairly.
4. Complaint handling (how we process)
We aim to:
- acknowledge receipt within a reasonable time;
- review the complaint and any evidence provided;
- request clarification where necessary;
- provide a reasoned response and, where appropriate, take corrective action.
Outcomes may include:
- explanation or clarification;
- correction of content or technical issues;
- moderation actions (where community features exist);
- account or access review (where applicable);
- refund/returns review (where applicable);
- security review (where applicable).
5. Urgent issues and safety
If you believe there is an immediate risk to life, serious injury, fire, or property damage, contact local emergency services first.
For urgent safety issues related to FPV/drone guidance or battery/charging risks, you may also notify us at legal@fpvschool.com with "URGENT SAFETY" in the subject line and include:
- the relevant URL(s);
- the issue and why it is unsafe;
- any screenshots.
6. Legal notices (formal communications)
Legal notices may include:
- intellectual property notices;
- alleged unlawful content notices;
- defamation or reputation-related notices;
- requests relating to court orders or legal process;
- data protection rights requests (see Section 7);
- other formal legal communications.
Send legal notices to:

Subject line: "LEGAL NOTICE — [type]"
Include:
- your full name and contact details;
- the FPV School property and URL(s) concerned;
- the legal basis for the notice (where applicable);
- a clear description of what you request and why;
- supporting evidence or documentation.
We may request verification of identity and authority where appropriate (for example, if you act on behalf of another person or organisation).
7. Data protection requests (UK GDPR)
For requests relating to personal data (for example: access, deletion, correction, objection), use:

Subject line: "DATA REQUEST"
We will handle such requests in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy:

8. Intellectual property / takedown requests (high-level)
If you believe content on an FPV School property infringes your rights, notify us with:
- the URL(s) of the content;
- a description of the work and your rights in it;
- why you believe it infringes;
- your preferred resolution.
We may remove or restrict access to content while we investigate, where appropriate.
9. Abuse, security, and policy violations
To report suspected abuse, security issues, or policy violations, contact:

Subject line: "SECURITY" or "ABUSE"
Please include:
- the affected property and URL(s);
- what happened and when;
- steps to reproduce (if relevant);
- screenshots or logs (if safe to share).
10. No guarantee of outcome
We will make reasonable efforts to review and respond, but we do not guarantee a specific outcome or response time. We may decline requests that are abusive, unfounded, or unlawful.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Services, processes, or legal requirements. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
