1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

These Terms set the baseline rules for accessing and using FPV School properties, including public websites, account areas, drone tools, cloud deliveries, library resources, AI-assisted tools, and related services operated by FPV SCHOOL LIMITED ("FPV School", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms should be read together with:

2. Eligibility and responsible use

You must use FPV School lawfully, safely, and responsibly. You remain responsible for your device security, account credentials, public/private visibility choices, and all real-world decisions made using our content or tools.

You must not use the services in a way that:

breaches the Acceptable Use Policy;
violates aviation, privacy, consumer, or other applicable laws;
creates avoidable safety risk;
misuses access-controlled, public, or shared resources; or
interferes with platform security, uptime, or integrity.

3. Accounts, access, and rollout status

Some FPV School features require an account, while others are public or recipient-facing. Different services may be limited by rollout stage, access rank, entitlement, or security controls.

We may change, limit, suspend, or withdraw features, access rules, share routes, or host availability at any time where reasonably necessary for rollout, safety, abuse prevention, cost control, or operational reasons.

4. Public profiles, drones, share links, and cloud deliveries

Where you make a profile, drone, tab, or other resource public, that content can become accessible on the open web or through shared links.

Where a delivery or folder is password-protected, the password reduces casual access but does not prevent forwarding, screenshots, local copying, or other onward sharing by the recipient.

You remain responsible for what you publish, upload, or share, and for checking that you have the right to expose that material.

5. FPV content and safety-critical topics

FPV flying, charging, building, repairs, firmware changes, and hardware configuration carry inherent risks, including injury, fire, property damage, privacy harms, and legal exposure.

All FPV School content and tools are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for manufacturer documentation, regulated instruction, professional engineering, or legal advice.

You must independently verify safety-critical information before acting on it.

6. AI-assisted tools

Where enabled, AI features provide assistive educational output only. AI access may be restricted by account cohort, host environment, rate limits, and FPV Coins requirements.

AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, stale, or unsuitable for your setup. You must not rely on AI as the sole basis for safety-critical, compliance-critical, or high-risk decisions.

7. Intellectual property, names, and trade marks

Unless stated otherwise, FPV School or its licensors own or control the rights in the content, design elements, downloads, media, scripts, documentation, and brand assets used in the Services.

FPV SCHOOL is a registered UK trade mark. Details are stated in our IP and legal notice pages, including the UK IPO record: UK00004322803.

You must not use FPV School names, branding, marks, logos, or confusingly similar identifiers in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or official status without permission.

8. User-generated content and uploads

If a feature allows uploads, posts, profile content, drone data, or other submissions, you remain responsible for that material and for having the rights needed to share it.

By using such features, you grant FPV School the limited rights needed to host, display, process, secure, moderate, and deliver that content as part of the service.

9. Purchases, digital content, refunds, and deliveries

Where FPV School offers access-controlled digital resources, AI billing, or other paid or account-linked services, the following additional pages apply as relevant:

Physical shipping or merchandise terms are not automatically live just because this legal hub exists. If FPV School later launches physical fulfilment, the relevant shipping or fulfilment terms will be published separately.

10. Third-party services

FPV School may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, CDN/security, analytics, AI processing, email, or embedded experiences. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond what the law requires and what we expressly promise in our own policies.

11. Suspension, restrictions, and enforcement

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, security risk, policy breach, unsafe conduct, unlawful activity, or other integrity risk.

We may act without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary.

12. Deactivation and deletion

You may be able to deactivate or permanently delete your account through supported account settings.

Deactivation is intended to disable access and hide public-facing account surfaces, but it does not by itself erase stored records.

Permanent deletion is intended to remove your live account and profile data from normal service use. Limited deletion logs, audit records, anti-abuse evidence, backups, or legally required records may still be retained where reasonably necessary for security, dispute handling, compliance, or backup rotation.

13. Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including rights relating to faulty digital content or digital services.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, FPV School is not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable to both parties at the time of contracting, or for loss arising mainly from third-party services, AI output, downloads, public sharing decisions, or reliance on educational content without independent verification.

You remain responsible for your own flights, builds, repairs, charging, account decisions, downloads, and sharing choices.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, rollout changes, or operational needs. We will update the "Last updated" date when material changes are made.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also rely on any mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction and may bring proceedings there where law permits. If you act in business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
