This page explains the baseline approach FPV School applies to cancellation, refund, and review requests for digital services and digital content where those offerings are enabled.

1. UK consumer baseline
Where UK consumer law applies, mandatory consumer rights continue to apply regardless of anything written on this page. This includes any rights you may have for faulty digital content or digital services that are not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
2. Standard cancellation position for digital content
If FPV School supplies digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, your cancellation rights can change once supply starts.
Where the law permits, and where we have clearly told you this and obtained the required acknowledgement, your right to cancel may end once immediate download, streaming, or access to the digital content begins.
Where digital content is faulty or not as described, the legal remedy is not simply "no refund": repair, replacement, restored access, price reduction, or refund may apply depending on the circumstances and what the law requires.
3. Services, subscriptions, and staged access
If FPV School later offers services, subscriptions, or staged digital access, the relevant purchase flow may include more specific cancellation information, including when service delivery begins and what happens if you ask us to start providing the service during the cancellation period.
Where digital services begin during the cancellation period at your express request, applicable law may allow us to charge for the proportion of the service already supplied up to cancellation.
If the required cancellation information, express consent, or acknowledgement was not properly provided or captured, your cancellation rights and any charges on cancellation may differ under applicable law.
4. Faults, access failures, and review requests
If a digital product is materially defective, inaccessible due to a platform fault, or materially different from what was clearly described, contact us and include the product or access reference, the issue encountered, and any screenshots or error details.
Where appropriate, we may offer one or more of the following:
- a fix or re-delivery;
- restored access;
- a partial or full refund; or
- another proportionate remedy consistent with applicable law.
5. What this page does not cover
This page does not create a blanket promise that every purchase is refundable on request, and it does not mean all future products will follow the same commercial model. The product page, checkout flow, and mandatory law will always matter.
