Purchase & Digital Content Terms (Master Page)
Last updated: 20 April 2026

This page sets out the baseline rules that apply when FPV School offers paid digital content, gated downloads, or access-controlled learning materials.

1. What counts as digital content

Digital content can include downloadable files, templates, presets, members-only resources, video lessons, gated articles, course materials, and similar digital products delivered through an account, tokenised link, or another access-control method.

2. Access model

Unless a specific page says otherwise, digital content is licensed, not sold outright. Your purchase gives you a limited right to access and use the relevant material for your own permitted purpose, but this does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

That licence does not allow you to:

  • re-sell, re-package, or redistribute the content;
  • share account-only material with other people;
  • remove copyright, watermark, or attribution information; or
  • claim the content as your own.

3. Delivery and activation

Digital content may be delivered by account entitlement, in-product unlock, protected download link, or another gated mechanism. The applicable product page or delivery flow will identify how access is provided.

Where access depends on keeping an account active or keeping a hosted service available, continued access may also depend on the continued availability of that service.

4. Compatibility and user responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software, and environment are reasonably compatible with the purchased digital content before buying, to the extent the relevant product page provides compatibility information.

Where the content is educational or technical, you remain responsible for verifying that it is suitable for your own hardware, firmware, and safety context before acting on it.

5. Future course and subscription rollouts

Some FPV School properties may later offer structured courses, memberships, or recurring digital access. If and when that happens, additional feature-specific terms may apply in the relevant checkout or account flow.

Where the law requires pre-contract disclosures, express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement of cancellation-right changes, or service-start instructions during the cancellation period, the relevant checkout or activation flow must capture those steps before access begins where required by law.

This page is intended to be the baseline legal layer for those digital offerings. It does not, by itself, mean every such feature is already live.
