This page explains the baseline rules for protected download links, cloud deliveries, gated file access, and similar file-delivery flows on FPV School properties.

1. Access-controlled delivery
Some FPV School properties may provide files through account-gated access, protected token links, password-protected delivery pages, signed downloads, or other controlled delivery methods.
Those measures exist to protect content integrity, client confidentiality, tier boundaries, or access restrictions. You must not try to bypass them.
2. Shared links and redistribution
Unless the relevant delivery or product page clearly says otherwise, a protected delivery link is intended only for the authorised recipient or the account entitled to access it.
You must not publicly redistribute protected files, publish private delivery URLs, or forward restricted download access to people who are not entitled to receive it.
3. Expiry, revocation, and availability
Protected downloads may expire, be revoked, or be re-issued. Access may also be paused or disabled where necessary for security, legal, contractual, or operational reasons.
We do not guarantee that every protected delivery link will stay active indefinitely.
4. Logs and access records
To operate and secure delivery systems, FPV School may retain limited access, delivery, and download records, including timestamps, file references, access method, and proportionate technical metadata.

5. Library and premium download context
Where FPV School offers free, gated, premium, or internal resource libraries, download availability can depend on account status, product tier, recipient status, or operational controls.
The presence of a download surface does not mean every file is public or transferable.
