This page explains how FPV Coins are used for AI-assisted features on FPV School properties where those features are enabled.

1. What FPV Coins are

FPV Coins are a platform-only virtual balance used for certain product features inside the FPV School ecosystem. They are not bank money, e-money, or a cash account.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, FPV Coins:

have no cash value;
are not redeemable for cash;
cannot be transferred between users unless we explicitly enable a transfer feature; and
may only be used within the permitted FPV School feature set.

2. AI runtime charging

Where AI features are live, each AI request may consume FPV Coins. The current live manual AI billing range is 1 to 10 FPV Coins per request. Standard generic chat is capped at 5 FPV Coins, while advisor, rates, deep analysis, report, and generation work can scale up to 10 FPV Coins when the request context or expected output is heavier.

FPV School may show an estimated cost before a request is sent. Dashboard wallet coverage numbers are ceiling examples from your current balance, not a promise that every prompt will cost the same. The final charge is based on the server-side estimate, execution path, and settlement logic that applies at the time of the request.

3. Access gating and availability

AI runtime access can be restricted by product stage, account status, host, feature cohort, abuse-prevention controls, or other operational limits. A user having an account does not guarantee access to live AI execution.

We may enable, limit, pause, or disable AI billing features at any time for security, integrity, operational, or product reasons.

4. Refunds on failed AI requests

Where an AI request fails before billable work is completed, FPV School may reverse the charge or credit the affected FPV Coins balance back to the user account.

However, not every interrupted request is automatically non-billable. If meaningful AI work was already completed, retrieval work was already performed, or assistant output was already emitted before the failure, the request may still be treated as billable work in full or in part.

5. Wallet visibility and privacy

Your FPV Coins balance, spend history, and refund history are intended to remain account-private unless we clearly state otherwise for a specific feature.

Public profile, public drone, public achievement, or other public-facing surfaces must not be assumed to expose your wallet state.

6. Suspension, correction, and abuse controls

We may suspend AI access, refuse requests, retry-lock failed requests, delay settlement, or investigate billing anomalies where necessary to protect the platform, other users, or the integrity of the billing system.

We may also correct obvious platform errors, including duplicate billing, failed refund handling, or accounting inconsistencies, where reasonably necessary.

7. Future paid purchase flows

If FPV School later enables direct paid checkout for FPV Coins, subscriptions, or AI entitlements, any purchase-specific consumer and checkout rules will be stated in the applicable checkout flow and linked legal pages.

Until such flows are clearly published as active, this page should not be read as a promise that direct coin purchases are currently available.
