1. Scope
This policy applies to FPV School features where users can submit, publish, upload, share, or otherwise influence content or behaviour, including public profiles, drone pages, uploads, cloud/library access points, reports, AI-adjacent abuse controls, and community-style surfaces where enabled.
2. Core principles
We aim to moderate in a way that is safety-focused, proportionate, explainable, and aligned with our legal and platform-integrity obligations.
Moderation does not guarantee that every harmful, unlawful, misleading, or unsafe item will be caught before someone sees it.
3. Content or behaviour we may action
We may take action against content or behaviour that reasonably appears to involve:
- unsafe FPV/drone instructions or reckless conduct;
- harassment, abuse, threats, hate, or discriminatory conduct;
- privacy violations, doxxing, stalking, or unauthorised disclosure;
- spam, scams, impersonation, phishing, or manipulation;
- copyright, trade mark, or other IP infringement;
- security probing, prompt-injection, automation abuse, or access-control evasion; or
- other unlawful or high-risk material.
4. How moderation can happen
Moderation may rely on user reports, manual review, automated abuse filters, access gating, rate limits, security signals, third-party platform tooling, or emergency restrictions where necessary.
Automated tools can make mistakes. Manual review may not always be immediate or available in every context.
5. Possible enforcement actions
Depending on severity and context, we may warn, hide, restrict, remove, disable, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access to content, uploads, accounts, or related features.
We may preserve limited evidence, logs, or metadata where reasonably necessary for safety, legal process, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
6. Reporting route
If you want to report content or behaviour, use any in-product reporting route provided or email [email protected] with enough detail for us to locate the issue.
7. Appeals and mistakes
If you believe a moderation action was mistaken, contact [email protected] and explain what was actioned, why you think it was incorrect, and any context that supports your position.
We may uphold, change, or decline to reverse a decision depending on the evidence, legal position, and risk involved.
8. UK-focused legal context
FPV School is UK-operated. Where duties under UK law, including online safety or unlawful-content risk controls, are relevant to a property or feature, we may apply additional reporting, restriction, record-keeping, or risk-mitigation measures.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as features, risks, moderation tooling, or legal expectations evolve.
